Tandoori Spiced Chicken

This one was really good.  I was a little surprised Allen liked it as mich as he did, wasn't sure on the flavors.  Add in this one is very healthy and we have a winner.

Ingredients;

1 & 1/2 cups 2% reduced fat Greek yogurt
2 T grated onion
1 T grated ginger
1 T canola oil
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t ground red pepper
1/2 t ground tumeric
3 garlic cloves minced
4 chikcen breasts halved
1/2 t salt

Combine first 8 ingredients in a heavy duty zip lock bag.  Add chicken to bag, and marinate 2 hours turning occasionally.

Place a small roasting pan in oven, preheat boiler to high.  Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.  Sprinkle both sides with salt.  Broil on lower third of oven for 15 minutes or until done, turning after 7 minutes.
