Apricot Chicken

I haven't had a good or even new crockpot recipe in a while.  This one is both.  Everyone liked it, actually Rachel said she didn't but I think she was lying just to be a pain.

The Ingredients.






--11 oz jar of apricot preserves

--1 t onion powder
--1 T dijon mustard

--1 T soy sauce

--1/4 t ginger

--1/4 to 1/2 t red chili flakes (optional)

--1 package of chicken.  I used frozen boneless chicken breasts.  The package was about 1.25 lbs.






The Directions.







-- Drop the chicken into your crockpot.

--in a small bowl, mix all the other stuff

--pour on top of the chicken





cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.  That's it.  Super easy and it was very tasty.
