Made a few things for tomorrow's Christmas party at JoAnne's. This is the first.
Ingredients;
1 box devil's food cake mix (Betty Crocker works best)
1/2 cup vegtable oil
2 large eggs
confectioners' sugar
Directions
Mix 1st 3 ingredients together, stir by hand, until dough forms. Dust hands with sugar and shape dough into 1" balls. Roll balls in sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees until center is just set. Remove from pans after a minute or so and cool on wire racks.
These were easy. My oven is funky so they needed a couple extra minutes and then I think I left them in about a minute too long. They are not as chewy fudgy as they should be. They are still good and they will still be eaten I am sure.
