Mojito Marinade

It's starting to get warmer....I won't say warm because that's a lie.  So we re grilling quite a bit more and trying new recipes.  Here's one we are doing this week.


Ingredients

2 shallots
1/4 cup corse cut mint
1/4 cup rum
1 T lime zest
1/2 cup lime juice
3 T honey

1 T kosher salt
2 T canola oil
 
Put everything in a food processor, pulse until shallots are finely minced and there you have it.
