Tried this the other night...very good. Even the kiddos thought it was great.
Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup oj
3T cornstarch
2T soy sauce
1T fresh grated ginger
chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
2 8 oz cans of pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 large green pepper chopped
1 large red pepper chopped
1 can slice water chestnuts
combine first 12 ingredients cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4. Serve over rice. Yup that easy.
