Yes people's it's back and healthified! Allen and I are trying to eat healthier and restart working out because, well, we're HUGE. So this is the plan, hopefully we stick to it.

Monday-Quesadillas (chicken for Allen, veggie for me) & salad
Tuesday-Sweet Italian sausage patties & grilled veggies
Wednesday-3 bean chili in the crock pot
Thursday-Grilled Chicken & veggies
Friday-Pork chops & Veggies
Saturday-Cook out at Darren & Veronica's
